Amplified Voices: support for Cape Breton filmmakers

Arden, a filmmaker and producer originally from the Philippines, is one of the participants in Screen Nova Scotia's Pre Development Program. In this interview, Arden shared his background as a filmmaker and how the Amplified Voices Pre Development Program is helping him gain skills and knowledge that will help him with fund development for his future projects.
